With a background in building trades dating to 1985, Rodney Whitehouse established Cardinal Home Inspections in 2003 with the mission of protecting property buyers in the Low Country. That mission continues to be the driving force today.   Cardinal Home Inspections has completed over 20,000 inspections in the Charleston region and we always put the interests of our clients first.

      We do not have any "special" relationships with real estate agents or contractors.
